Written by Jordan Strunk

This guide will walk you through the features that you can experience on your workspace Dashboard, your Dashboard is a central hub for what's happening in your community.

We have broken it up into sections for you:

  1. Workspace Cover Page

  2. Workspace Statistics

  3. Attention Seeking Items

  4. Workspace Birthdays

Workspace Cover Page

We allow workspaces to customize their communities in every way possible, one way is by uploading your own Workspace Banner. The recommended size for the banner is 1920 x 500 pixels.

Here are additional points that may be helpful when making a banner:

  1. Use a high resolution image. The minimum recommended size is 1920 x 500 pixels.

  2. It is recommended you keep the bottom left of the image free of busy content. This is where we post your workspace details.

  3. Use darker images. The workspace details appear white, so if the image is too bright details may be hard to read.

  4. Try avoiding designs that don't look good cropped, repeating patterns or scapes work best.

💡Once you upload a workspace banner, it is not possible to go back to the original content.

Workspace Statistics

We show you some vital workspace statistics to help you and your team easily take a quick glance at the weeks overview. You can also view your own 'User Statistics' by clicking on the 'Workspace Statistics' pill button.

Attention Seeking Items

These items will let you and your team know what needs to be looked at, these items are either new or are currently active such as time off requests. These items are also affected by the 'Workspace Statistics' and 'User Statistics' pill as previously mentioned.

💡Applications will only appear if the workspace is subscribed to either the Scale or Professional subscription.

Workspace Birthdays

The birthdays section shows all the birthdays that are on the specific day. If there are no active birthdays, this section will not be shown. Your birthday can be setup when you first join RoTeam. If you skipped this part or didn't put the correct date, you can change it by going to User Preferences > Birthday
