Group member syncing works by fetching the list of tracked roles in your group and syncing them, and the members with your workspace. If your member list is hidden, you may not be able to sync your tracked roles and your members activity will not be credited.
To get started with syncing your members, follow the steps outlined below:
Go to your community on Roblox and click the three-dots on the top right-hand corner to view additional options.
Once you reach Configure Community, click the Settings page in the sidebar to go to your Community Settings.
Under your Community Settings, head to Community Profile and enable Community members list publicly visible.
Once you have completed the steps outlined above, rest assured we will take care of the rest and sync your workspace with your Roblox community.
